SanDisk Sansa View MP3 Player

SanDisk Sansa View combines the characteristics of a MP3 player with the video capabilities of a Portable Media Player. It’s a pocketable device which features FM radio and recording, and voice recording. It has a 2.4inch ample screen for video viewing and a microSD expansion slot. SanDisk Sansa View has a sleek look with a large screen, long-battery life and great capacity. Just below the screen is a smooth mechanical scroll wheel and the backlit control indicators. This makes it easy to navigate to a music library, video collection, digital photos, digital FM radio with 20 pre-sets, an integrated microphone and voice recording and Audible audiobooks. The backlit control indicators switch their orientation depending on whether the screen is in landscape mode (for photo and video viewing) or portrait mode (for navigation and music playback). Along with the wheel, there is a Home Button that alternates between the top menu and the playback screen. It design also contains a small center select button, while the lower-right edge of SanDisk Sansa View contains a MicroSD card slot capable of accepting SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) cards.

Drawbacks:

• It is very large in size with dimensions of 4.3 inches by 1.9 inches by 0.4 inch.
• Boring onscreen interface
• The small center select button may present a problem for some users.

Comments:

SanDisk Sansa View is very sleek and well built. It is easy to use with the mechanical scroll wheel. It is a mixture of an MP3 player and a Portable Media Player. Putting video on the player is fairly simple, and the radio and voice recording it features are also good. With excellent sound quality and memory expansion option makes this player a great deal for its money. It is a must have device for the people who are interested in a small PMP with a decent amount of space.
